To make your visit to the range a quick and easy process, follow these guidelines so you are prepared when you arrive.

Check your ID prior to coming to the range.

You will need a valid photo ID, typically your driver’s license or government-issued identification card, like a passport or military ID to access the range. Minors must be accompanied with a parent or guardian, and do not have to have ID.

Guest Accountability and Proficiency (GAP) Assessment

Completion of the handling and safety review is required of all guests prior to entering the range for each firearm type you use for training. Don’t worry if you have questions, our staff is here to help.  

Counter Proficiency Evaluation (CPE)

At the Range Desk, you will be asked to demonstrate the proper loading and unloading of the firearm. Once completed, your CPE Certification will be saved to your profile for faster, more seamless access to every range in the ShotPro Network.

Selecting the Firearm for Training

Most guest go with a handgun, especially if your just beginning your training. If you are renting and having trouble deciding, find one of our friendly staff and they will be happy to share their experience and knowledge with you.

Handling your Firearm on the Range

When bringing your own firearms to the range, ensure they are unloaded and secured in a case or bag. You must obey all federal, state, and locals regarding the proper intrastate and interstate transportation of firearms.

What do I need to Purchase a Firearm?

In every state you need to provide a valid photo ID, typically your driver’s license or government-issued identification card, like a passport or military ID. You will need to fill out and sign an ATF Form 4473 Firearms Transaction Form that attests you are legally eligible to purchase a gun.
